Erin
Co-Founder | CISO

Erin doesn't talk about her work much. She just does it.Fifteen years in cybersecurity. MSP environments, school infrastructure, Azure and Intune, identity and access management, certificate chains, HIPAA documentation, forensic methodology - Zero Trust architecture before most people knew what to call it.She built the technical foundation of SECRT from the ground up. The methodology, the audit process, the evidence protocols, the chain of custody every client deliverable depends on. She thinks like an attacker, so her clients don't have to.She came to this work the hard way - and still is. SECRT exists because Erin watched systems fail the people who trusted them, and decided small businesses, nonprofits, law firms, and medical offices deserved the same rigor as the enterprises that get all the attention.She stays committed until 3 a.m. She studies in the most random of places. She names what most people won't. She quotes Ted Lasso to attorneys and literally means what she's saying. She sees the practitioner before the credentials.

Robin
Co-Founder | COO

Robin did not come from cybersecurity. Erin had a talent and a dream, so Robin rallied the family and SECRT became reality.Robin has spent a decade across legal offices, nonprofit associations, healthcare organizations, and executive boardrooms. The majority of that time, she remained focused and committed to making complicated things feel manageable for everyone else in those rooms.Now, she is doing that in cybersecurity. When she got involved in what Erin was building, she started asking different questions. Not just how does the technology work, but what does the community around it look like? What do the relationships look like? What does this mean for the people on the other side of the audit report? Those questions combined with Erin's technical expertise changed the shape of SECRT.As COO and Chieftess of Not Asking Permission, Robin manages every engagement from first conversation to final report. She writes the plain English. She makes the schedule work. She sends handwritten notes. She picks up the phone.You'll likely meet her wearing a band t-shirt under her blazer. Music and rebellion pump fuel through her veins. Day to day she combines the professionalism of a strand of pearls with the punk rock of a good red lipstick.She is left-handed, a percussionist, a farmer's daughter, a Michigan native, and a Colorado transplant who misses the water but loves the mountains.Robin runs on hope, memorable one liners, and the genuine belief that the businesses most overlooked by this industry deserve the best of what it has to offer.She remembers who you are. She remembers every interaction, each experience. Robin makes sure the business doesn't just become a revolving door. She ensures everyone is seen, heard, and never forgotten.

Snoop Dogg
Chief Trust Officer

Before there was a business, there was Snoop.He joined the family during the quietest chapter of the pandemic and has been the heartbeat of everything we have built ever since. He is the reason SECRT exists in the form it does - warm, loyal, community minded, and completely unimpressed by anything that has not earned his trust.As Chief Trust Officer, Snoop takes compliance very seriously. He verifies everyone at the door. He monitors the perimeter. He maintains order with quiet authority and an unwavering commitment to the mission.He is also OBSESSED with tennis balls, steak, days at the creek (but NEVER a bath), and curling up next to a relaxing fire at the end of a long day. Snoop sunbathes with intention. He gives butt scratches their proper respect.He is a protector by nature and a prince by disposition. There is no better initial than his, to start off the SECRT name!

Chester
Chief Networking Officer

Chester did not wait to be chosen.He spotted Snoop at PetSmart, made his intentions clear, and networked his way into this family through sheer confidence and impeccable timing. That is not a rescue story. That is a strategic career move.As Chief Networking Officer, Chester brings the same energy to everything he does. Curious. Observant. Completely unintimidated by any room he walks into. Our home is his kingdom, and he runs it with quiet authority.He works closely alongside us every day - desk adjacent, keyboard adjacent, monitor adjacent. He attends every meeting. He verifies every document. He makes Snoop question his HIPAA compliance. His feedback is nonverbal but always provided and always felt.Chester is also a devoted student of the culinary arts. He watches us cook with the focused attention of someone taking notes. He studies cookbooks. He has opinions about Food Network. He does not beg. He observes. There is a difference and Chester understands it.He wears a lot of red. He looks like Winnie the Pooh. He has the energy of Simba.Chester identifies as Jewish. He takes the holidays very seriously, brings genuine curiosity to every observance, and has made our household considerably more culturally rich and educationally interesting as a result. We celebrate everything around here. Chester makes sure of that.Self-made, self-placed, and entirely unbothered. As an orange cat should be.

Tubzz
Chieftess of Warm Hugs

Tubzz was not planned. The best ones never are.Two weeks after Chester networked his way into the family, Tubzz was found. Someone was selling her in a parking lot at only three weeks old. Erin and Robin took her on the spot. The vet confirmed she was not old enough to be away from her mother. For weeks, she slept in a shoebox on Robin's desk during the day and was carried around in Erin's purse because she was too young to be on the ground.She was raised like a baby, because she was one. Midnight feedings and all.Today, Tubzz has grown into the Chieftess of Warm Hugs at SECRT LLC, and she takes this role seriously. She represents everything we believe about belonging, equity, and genuine welcome. Nobody walks through our door without Tubzz making them feel like the most important person in the room. No matter what.She is a boxer. She boxes. Enthusiastically and without warning. And somehow, that boxing turns into hugs. She hugs with her arms, with her whole self.She is either in full go mode or completely asleep. There is no in between. She walks with a stride that is somewhere between proud and purposeful - we haven't found the right word yet, but we know it when we see it and you will, too!She is affection. She is love. She is also considerably smarter than she lets on and she prefers to keep it that way. Tubzz came into this family with nothing and became everything we didn't know we were missing. That is the whole SECRT story in one dog. It is perfect that she represents the last letter of SECRT.
